​Our Coaching Programs are personal and fully customized based on the individual targets and goals set by YOU, the athlete

We offer:

  • Personal Online coaching with individual, custom made workouts via TrainingPeaks

  • Daily monitoring / feedback / analysis for all workouts 

  • Daily adjustments when life changes ask for it (sickness, injury, work etc...)

  • Always availability via WhatsApp/Email/Skype/Messenger contact with our coach 7 days a week 

  • Monthly detailed email including the athlete's performance dashboard and explanation

  • INSCYD Testing;  INSCYD is the most advanced tool to analyze endurance performance in athletes. INSCYD creates a full metabolic performance profile of an athlete. This includes: aerobic capacity, glycolytic capacity, anaerobic threshold, energy cost of locomotion, fuel contribution (Fat vs. Carbohydrate), lactate accumulation & recovery, aerobic vs. anaerobic energy contribution, and many more performance metrics

  • CSS swim speed testing

  • Running speed & power testing with STRYD and specific individual running programs build on that

  • MAF (Max Aerobic Fitness) testing for both running and cycling

  • Support for WHOOP so we get more detailed info about your strain/HRV/recovery/sleep

  • Nutrition advice 

  • Support for indoor cycling programs like - Sufferfest, Zwift & Trainerroad

  • 24/7 WhatsApp contact with your fellow athletes via our "The Flying Dutchman group"

  • A private Facebook Group Page where we post articles/tips/manuals/advice

  • and MOST IMPORTANT - a fantastic group of enthusiastic athletes who help and support each other at all times!

ABOUT 

The Flying Dutchman Team is an endurance/triathlon team founded in 2016 in Dubai and managed out of the Netherlands. Its name came from the first Algerian ever to finish the famous Challenge Roth full distance triathlon in Germany, Hamid Belkebir.

Our mission is to support any level of athlete in this world to try and achieve whatever they think has always been impossible. We encourage people to live a "healthy" life. Our "journey" always starts with sending out an athlete questionnaire so we get to know the athlete not only in his "sportive life" but also in his family and work life, we gather info about his or her medical history, get some insights in their dietary, psychological responses and lifestyle and based on that, will build a fully customized and individual training program.
